How choose good item?
1. Voltage: Choose DC24V only. 12V becomes brighter at the front and dimmer at the back beyond 5 meters; 24V single-ended maximum length is 6 meters, with dual power supply required for longer distances.
2. Circuit board: Thick pure copper electroplated FPC (25/50 copper).
Low-quality boards use aluminum foil with thin copper, causing high heat generation and performance degradation within six months. Pure copper offers low resistance, minimal temperature rise, and long service life.
3. LEDs: Sanan or Epistar 2835 LEDs, single row with 240 beads per meter.
Power strictly controlled between 15–16W/m. Avoid high-power 20W models, which are prone to overheating and light decay.
4. Color Rendering Index (CRI): For home applications, select Ra ≥90; for export markets, choose Ra ≥95/98 full spectrum, with color tolerance <5 steps and consistent color temperature without color shift.
5. Backing adhesive: Must be 3M 300LSE high-strength adhesive. Ordinary adhesives tend to peel off in summer.
6. Cutting: Fixed at 2.5cm intervals, each segment containing 6 LEDs, with clear scissors marks indicated on the board.
